While guests can choose a smoking or non-smoking room, it’s not unusual for some of the smoke to make its way into a non-smoking room. There are some cool features, like a real piece of the Berlin Wall on display and award-winning restaurants, but their air filtration system could be improved. Compared to other Las Vegas hotels, Main Street Station has an undeniable no-frills vibe.

I have stayed at two non-smoking properties: Four Seasons and Vdara.I liked the location of Vdara very much as it is an easy walk to the Bellagio, Cosmo and Aria, the rooms are nice, and it should be cheaper than the Four Seasons. Inquire about reserving a smoke-friendly room when you book. When Park MGM in Las Vegas reopens on 30 September, it will have the first fully smoke- and vape-free casino on the Strip. While Lexi does not offer any rooms that allow cigarette smoking, they do offer some marijuana-friendly rooms! The 4th floor of this 64-room hotel is a designated 420-friendly space with state-of-the-art air filtration systems in every room. Lexi Hotel is a small boutique hotel located off the Strip.
